Example scenario: An operations team faces a recurring supply delay. Participants run a rapid root-cause analysis, design a pilot intervention with measurable KPIs, and present implementation plans to a mock executive panel. Through this exercise they practice problem framing, stakeholder communication and impact measurement. Another scenario: A mid-career professional leads a digital transformation pilot where they convert a manual workflow into a measurable automated process, document benefits and create a change management plan. These cases simulate workplace constraints and provide concrete artifacts participants can use in performance conversations.
